Joining the HandyBank System
The experience of implementing the HandyBank System in more than 100 banks allows a new participating bank to start providing its clients with HandyBank services within 2-4 weeks after signing the Protocol of Accession. The whole implementation procedure is simple and does not require the involvement of significant bank resources and consists of the following stages:
- Connection to the HandyBank Payment System The bank signs the Protocol of Accession of the participating bank to the HandyBank Payment system and pays 80,000 rubles.
Integration with bank card processing
The HandyBank system is integrated with more than 14 multibank processing centers, the main of which are:
- COMPASS PLUS
- NCC UNION CARD
- Otkritie Bank
- SMP BANK
- Bank DOM.RF
- Bank ZENIT
In the absence of ready-made integration with banking processing, the integration solution is implemented with the help of the HandyBank System. Processing will require the establishment of a virtual pos terminal.
- Opening a correspondent account in the processing center The processing center of the Payment System is Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank (PJSC). Banks provide a standard package of documents for opening a bank account.
- Preparation of a package of banking regulatory documents At the request of the bank, the System Operator provides standard regulatory documents or prepares recommendations on amendments to the regulatory documents in force in the bank (Rules for servicing bank cards, Rules of RBS, Tariffs).
- Product development The bank selects the online banking user interface from several ready-to-use templates. The selected template is branded and customized in accordance with the bank requirements. The user manual and the design layout of the advertising brochure are included in the client package.
