System Operator

HandySolutions LTD is registered by the Bank of Russia as the Operator of the HandyBank Payment System under the Law ‘On the National Payment System’ No. 161-FZ and entered into the unified register of payment system operators on December 14, 2012 under number 0009.

HandySolutions LTD is also an Operational Center that provides access to participating banks and their clients to money transfer services using the HandyBank System within the framework of the HandyBank System, and a Payment Clearing Center that provides electronic documents for execution within the HandyBank System and provides other payment clearing services.

Processing Center

Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (PJSC) (General License of the Bank of Russia No. 2209) is authorized by the System Operator to make settlements in the HandyBank System by debiting and crediting funds to the accounts of the monetary coverage of participating banks.

The Processing Center operates in accordance with the Rules, correspondent account agreements concluded with participating banks, and an agreement with the System Operator.
