HandyBank Rules

The Rules represent a document containing the terms of participation in the HandyBank Payment System, the procedure for interaction between the subjects of the System, the procedure for making money transfers and settlements, the procedure for providing payment infrastructure services and other provisions determined by the current legislation and the System Operator.
