When connecting to the HandyBank System, each bank receives the following package of services:
- Online banking for individuals Payment service for bank cardholders
- Online banking for a business card Payments and transfers from business cards
- HandyBank Mobile Appplication Available on iOS and Android
- Remote banking module Connection to remote banking without visiting the bank’s office
- Bank back office Product management, reporting and other functions via the web interface
- Acquiring in the HandyBank System The bank only needs to conclude a payment acceptance agreement, and HandyBank implements information and technology interaction.
In agreement with the bank, HandyBank can implement additional services and modules:
- Integration with CBS Information on all clients’ accounts, funds management, transfers within the bank
- My Bank Service Promotion of the bank’s products and services, communication with clients, non-financial orders
- Convenient and Safe Service Additional options for improving remote banking safety
- Bonus module Implementation of bank loyalty programs
- Electronic Money Module Personal electronic wallet, client acquisition
- SMS banking Operations using SMS commands
